1. Statement of Principle & Safe Harbor Compliance
Apollo Group TV respects the intellectual property rights of creators, rights owners, broadcasters, and media publishers worldwide. It is our policy to comply expeditiously with clear, standardized notifications of alleged copyright infringement under Title II of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (17 U.S.C. § 512, “DMCA”), as well as applicable international copyright treaties.
Our website (apollogroupstv.com) provides customer account administration, network management protocols, and setup guidance for third-party client media players (such as IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate, XCIPTV, and VLC). Content accessed by end-users is transmitted directly between third-party network providers and the subscriber’s client hardware.
2. Online Service Provider Intermediary Status
Under the statutory definitions of 17 U.S.C. § 512(k)(1), Apollo Group TV functions solely as a service provider offering transmission, routing, and connection protocols:

- Client-Side Aggregation: Streaming channels and video playlists are processed locally within the end-user’s chosen playback application.
- Technical Intermediary: As an intermediary, Apollo Group TV maintains neutrality regarding the specific digital transmissions requested by subscribers from independent third-party network hosts.
